PEPPER Aji Amarillo
Grown in the Andes regions of South America. The plant grows to about 15”- 18” high with loads of conical, wrinkled 2”- 4” fruits starting pale green and turning canary yellow then orange at maturity. The thin fleshed fruits have a smoky flavour and are eaten fresh or dried and sometimes ground into powder.
