Capsicum baccatum
Grown in the Andes regions of South America, this beautiful fire engine red pepper grows on a busy plant about 1.5’ high and shrub-like with loads of shiny 3”- 4” cylindrical peppers shiny green turning bright red at maturity. Mildly hot and spicy, great in salsas and ceviche.
