TOMATO Amana Orange
Lycopersicon lycopersicum
An heirloom beefsteak type tomato with glowing orange colouring. The large 5” diameter fruits have a mild succulent flavour. An indeterminate variety originally from Amana, Iowa. The vigorous vines produce numerous globes and need staking as the fruits are very heavy. Great sliced on sandwiches and in salads.
