New Mexican style chile pepper used fresh and dried in sauces, salsas and rellenos with medium heat the 6”-8” long pods grow on vigorous bushy plants that are 20”-30” high. The fruits are two celled, dark green maturing to red with thick walls and juicy crisp texture. One of the peppers used for ristras.
