Perennial: Attractive purple flowers on tall spikes bloom in summer. Delicious tea herb dry or fresh, anise scented leaves and flowers. Great bee plant, producing fragrant honey. This hardy perennial flowers well into fall in the Pacific Northwest. Native Americans used for respiratory problems, energizing and cooling.
