BEET Albino
Beta vulgaris
This beet will never stain! Round white beets with delicious flavour, the roots are tender, mild and sweet and the leaves are lush green and abundant with a marvelous beet taste. Grows well in all seasons though it is very hardy in the Pacific Northwest climate and makes a great beet left in the ground to over winter getting sweeter after frost.
