BEET Early Wonder
Beta vulgaris
A wonderful early variety with vivid-red flesh producing 3”-4” roots with slightly flattened tops and rounded bottoms. The bright green bushy tops are good steamed and braised. This variety is excellent for succession planting for a continuous crop as it is very quick growing. The firm flesh is extremely flavourful and is great fresh or canned.
