An older variety of summer squash with semi-upright open plants that allow visibility to the glossy black-green fruits before they get to be huge. The 6”-8” long by 2” in diameter fruits are very tender and have firm creamy white flesh with a very fine flavour. This early variety is very productive when the young fruits are kept picked.
