BEAN Borlatti
Phaseolus vulgaris
A classic Italian pole bean used as a fresh snap bean, a fresh shell bean or dried for use in the winter months. This variety is popular in Portuguese and Italian cuisine. The beautiful tan seeds are splashed with red-black magenta streaks and the vines are about 4’- 6’ long with many runners producing beautiful green pods that are striped magenta.
