PEPPER Bulgarian Carrot
Capsicum annuum
This Bulgarian heirloom produces beautiful bright orange carrot shaped hot chiles 3” long by ¾ “ wide, thin walled with a fruity, sweet taste. The prolific plants are 15”- 18” high with peppers borne in clusters close to the main stem at first green then turning florescent-orange when ripe. Excellent in salsa, ceviche and pickled.
