CHIVES Fine Leaf
Allium schoenoprasum
Perennial: This allium grows in a large clump spreading each year. Good in salads, soups or with fish and meats adding a mild onion flavor. The purple flowers are gorgeous and attractive to bees, they can be added to salads for a splash of color. This is a very hardy herb which will continue to grow for years.
