Chutneys

The chutneys are a sweet and sour condiment great with curries, charcuterie and roasted vegetables or meats. They are made from certified organic fruits grown locally when available or from certified organic fruit from the Similkameen Valley, BC. The certified organic vegetables and rhubarb are from Rebecca’s Garden and from local certified organic farms. There is certified organic sugar and certifed organic vinegar added giving it delicious flavour and zing. Different certified organic spices are used in each chutney. Also certified organic raisins are added to all except the Peach Chutney. Some chutneys contain certified organic candied ginger – Apricot, Green Tomato, Rhubarb and others fresh certified organic ginger.
