PEPPER Cubanelle
Capsicum annuum
Sweet frying pepper, thick waxy flesh, yellow-green turning to red at maturity. This very prolific variety is 4”-6” long and 2”-3” wide with three lobes producing fruit that are sweet, crisp and very tasty. Originally from Cuba growing very well in the Pacific Northwest.
