Rare, heirloom Romano bean which originally came from Illinois producing large crops of 7”-8” tender flat pods. One of the delicious and choicest pole beans available. Germinates well in cool wet soil, works well in the Pacific Northwest’s climate. The tan seeds produce a tasty, high quality crop of beautiful dark purple beans.
