ENDIVE Tres Fin Maraichere
A small type of French endive great for salad mixes often referred to as “frisee” in the salad trade. Smooth deeply cut, toothed leaves have a mild flavour. Forms a mass of small frilly pale green leaves with a tender blanched heart a rich golden colour. Sensitive to tip burn so does best under reemay or in half shade.
