PEPPER Feher Ozon Paprika
Capsicum annuum
Early and prolific, the fruits of this paprika reach up to 5″ long. Tasty at every stage, from ivory to lemon coloured before ripening to orange then red at full maturity. The thick walled flesh is exceptionally sweet and crisp with just a hint of mild heat. Can be dried or smoked then ground for delicious paprika.
