A rare German heirloom pre-1900 with a strawberry shape. An indeterminate plant produces large 10 oz. red fruit with a meaty textured flesh, little juice and few seeds. The vines open growth habit lends itself to quick ripening fruit with old fashioned tomato flavour, a lingering sweetness and consistent colour.
