One of the most common chiles grown in Mexico. Shiny, deep orange-red with brown tones, elongated, tapering to a point and sometimes slightly curved. Thin fleshed, 4”-6” long and 1”-1.5” wide with a fruity tart flavour and a sweet tolerable heat. Great in salsas, sauces and perfect for drying in ristras.
