Jams are made with certified organic fruit, some from the berries and sour cherries grown at Rebecca’s Garden, others from tree fruits grown locally when available or from a certified organic orchard in the Smilkameen Valley. A small quantity of certified organic sugar is used and an all natural pectin. Certified organic lemons are juiced for addition to the Apricot, Blackberry, Blueberry and Peach Jams.
