KALE Dwarf Blue Scotch
Brassica oleracea
This compact plant has finely curled blue-green leaves. A very winter hardy kale, low growing 12″ – 15″ tall with broad spread, does not yellow even in severe cold. A light frost will improve flavour and sweetness. High in vitamin A. The vigorous growth keeps plant producing leaves as the lower leaves are harvested.
