LEEK Bandit
Allium ampeloprasum
A winter hardy leek from Holland with dark blue green leaves on erect thick stalks and very little bulbing. Variety is very hardy with a sweet tender mild flavour and is considered a traditional winter or storage leek. A great variety for late fall where freezing can burst other leeks. Late to bolt in the spring and remains in good condition to May.
