Allium ampeloprasum
A winter leek from Denmark with dark blue green leaves on erect 1”- 1½” thick stalks. This variety is very hardy, perfect raw or for winter soups. With a sweet tender mild flavour this is one of the best leeks in the garden. They are highly productive, fast growers and develop good sized white shanks, ready to enjoy all winter.
