Orange and Triple Marmalades are made with certified organic citrus from an orchard in California. Seville oranges are used as well as grapefruit and lemons in the Triple Marmalade. A small quantity of certified organic sugar is used and an all natural pectin.
Pear Ginger Marmalade is made with certified organic pears grown locally when available or when not from a certified organic orchard in the Similkameen Valley, BC. Lime juice and zest are added. The limes are from a certified organic farm in California and the certified organic ginger is from Peru. A small quantity of certified organic sugar is used and an all natural pectin.
