Lactuca sativa
A delicious, tender deep cherry-red oak leaf type lettuce. The curly, frilled leaves turn bright green in the heart of the rosette. Compact heads resist bolting in summer heat and retain their sweet flavour and red colour. Resistant to downy mildew and makes a brilliant salad addition.
