MARIGOLD Mexican Mint
Perennial: Grows to about 2’-3’ tall with beautiful slim pointed green leaves and clusters of small yellow flowers. A prized culinary herb in Mexico used as a tarragon substitute in soups or sauces and a medicinal herb used to treat colic and malaria. Flowers and leaves are sweet and delicious used in teas and vinegars.
