Of Japanese origin a unique specialty salad green great in salad mixes will produce a rosette of thin white stalks with deeply cut frilly leaves. Related to the mustard family but with a sweet, mild flavour and a crisp juicy texture, re-growing easily after each cutting from one planting. Will produce greens through winter, very hardy.
