MIZUNA Ruby Streaks
Brassica juncea
Beautiful finely serrated dark green leaves splashed with maroon. The colour ranges from dark green with red veins to dark maroon getting darker from a summer sowing and a fall harvest. The frilly leaves are sweet and tender with a slightly pungent but mild mustard flavour. An awesome addition to the salad garden.
