PEPPER Mulato
Capsicum annuum
Similar to the poblano this chile is mildly hot with a deep rich flavour growing numerous 4”- 6” long fruits about 2”- 3” across on a plant 18”- 24” high. Fruits are dark green turning a deep, dark chocolate brown when ripe with medium thick flesh and a slightly smoky flavour with tones of liqourice and hints of dried cherry.
