Beautiful bush dry bean with half black and half white yin yang pattern adding a distinctive dimension to any dish. Wonderful flavor reminiscent of black eyed peas, good bean in salads as it retains its shape and colour definition after cooking. Slightly later than the early dry bush bean varieties.
