Pisum sativum var. sativum
Developed at Oregon State University by Dr. James Baggett. A high quality shelling pea on 3’ vines, producing bright green pods with 7-9 peas per pod. A good choice for both fresh and frozen eating. Resistant to both pea enation mosiac virus and powdery mildew. Prefers cool weather and in late summer can be planted for a fall harvest.
