Biennial: Italian flat leaf variety with glossy, dark green leaves with a robust flavour and strong upright stems for bunching. Good yields and produces well into the winter. In the spring will go to seed so needs to be replanted each year. Medicinally is a bitter aromatic and diuretic that stimulates the digestive system.
