SQUASH Pennsylvania Dutch Crookneck
Cucurbita moschata
A gorgeous and enormous butternut weighing 10-20 pounds. Very thin skinned with sweet dark orange flesh, excellent for baking, soups and pies. The long neck provides lots of flesh and the bottom bulb of the fruit where the seeds reside is easy to clean and prepare. Very good keeper and very decorative with its long curved neck.
