All the ingredients we use in our preserves are certified organic except for the natural pectin and the brandy in the Brandied Cherries and Brandied Peaches. We have been preserving produce for over 40 years, having first learned as a child from our grandmother and mother. We believe that growing and preserving food keeps the individual connected to the earth as it sustains them throughout the year.
Preserve orders can be made at anytime but products are on a made to order basis depending on produce availability and what is in season. If you wish to make an order then send an email to rebsgarden@shaw.ca or contact us through the website with your request. Preserve orders are available for pickup by appointment .
