PEPPER Purple Beauty
Capsicum annuum
Sturdy compact plants are loaded with large bell type sweet green peppers ripening to deep purple with a tender crisp texture and mild sweet flavour. The slightly variable 4”x 4” fruits, 3 or 4 lobed and thick walled hold at the purple stage for some time before ripening to a deep purple red. This open pollinated variety was developed from the hybrid Purple Belle.
