MUSTARD Purple Wave
Brassica juncea
Developed by Alan Kapuler this cross between Purple Osaka and Green Wave mustards is beautiful. The frilly purple leaves are tinged with a green edging adding a striking appearance to salad mixes. This variety is a spicy, robust mustard green delicious in stir fries, steamed or mixed with other greens in any dish.
