Hot pepper from Louisiana, Mexico, Asia and Africa, thin fleshed, crimson red, translucent, 5”-6” long thin pods are wrinkled and tapering to a point. Fiery hot even when small with a tart fruity flavour borne on tall 20” plants that produce a bountiful harvests. Used in sauces, soups and dried.
