PEPPER Red Ruffled
Capsicum annuum
Pimento type sweet pepper ripening to dark red, thick walled with delicious, sweet succulent flesh. The best of the pimento types with beautiful ribbed, squat fruits great for stuffing, chopped in stir fry or eaten raw in salads. Can be eaten green but has the best flavour when red ripe.
