Lycopersicon lycopersicum
An Italian paste tomato with good disease resistance. The determinate plants produce copious amounts of fruits with thick walls and few seeds weighing 2-3 oz. The vigorous vines have a heavy leaf cover protecting the pear shaped fruits which are firm and meaty, bright red and delicious. Good for processing and fresh eating.
