PEAS Sugar Lace
Pisum sativum var. sativum
This early snap pea is grown for its bushy short stature as an ingredient in salad mixes. Can be planted thickly if used as salad addition. Good for both commercial and home garden. The flavour is sweet and succulent with lots of tendrils. No staking is needed and the tiny pea pods are tender and juicy, making a dual purpose plant.
