BEAN Tiger’s Eye
Phaseolus vulgaris
Bush dry bean, originally from South America, has large beautiful seed with wonderfully rich delicious nutty flavor and a tender, smooth texture. Very good in chili or used as refried beans. These beans look so beautiful in a jar on the shelf in the kitchen it’s hard to bring yourself to cook them but well worth the sacrifice.
