PEPPER White Habanero
Capsicum chinense
A small habanero chile ripening to a lemony white colour, very pungent and rare. These small plants produce hundreds of ripe peppers with a clean citrusy flavour. This earliest maturing plant of the habanero group grows little incredibly hot chiles. Can be used fresh or dried in salsas, marinades and chutneys.
