Long standing Vates type with uniform darker blue green leaves that are juicy and slightly crumpled. The large 36” vigorous compact plant is slow to bolt and very winter hardy. Frost resistant; a light frost sweetens the large mild cabbage flavoured nutritious leaves that can be eaten all winter.
